Fees are determined by the size of the image file that is licensed. Sizes range from very small web site sizes of 170 pixels, up to full size print files suitable for high quality, large print applications. These prices vary depending upon the royalty free collection from which they come. Rights Managed (RM) stock photos These have licensing fees, which are negotiated, on the basis of their intended usage. Factors like the type of usage, size of image in the use, duration of use, print run, distribution and exclusivity are all determining factors. On the search results page, the term, “Rights Managed” or “Royalty Free” is placed in text under the each image thumbnail to identify the license type for each image. One Time Rights Managed Use Fees Available for Royalty Free Images We understand that many clients will only need a single use of an image and yet have found the perfect option in a Royalty Free collection. Sometimes the Royalty Free fee for the images size required is too high for the client’s budget for this single apllication. No problem! In these cases, we may negotiate a more economical single usage Rights Managed fee for an image from a Royalty Free collection. Rights Managed Plus Package Pricing Clients may wish to use a particular rights managed image for a variety of purposes. In these cases, we will negotiate a package use to address this need. Image Pricing is Customized Rights Managed pricing is a process that we individually discuss with each client to address their unique needs correctly.
