Carole Valkenier

Carole considers herself privileged in being able to experience the underwater realm and began underwater photography in 1991. British Columbia, considered the best cold-water diving in the world by Jacques Cousteau, serves as inspiration for Carole’s underwater images. She has participated in underwater photography for many marine research projects, such as: the Underwater Archaeological Society of BC, Marine Ecology Station, the Vancouver Aquarium, Artificial Reef Society of BC, and Reef Environmental Education Foundation
