Andrew McLachlan

Andrew McLachlan is a freelance photographer/writer located near Barrie, Ontario, Canada. A lifelong passion for nature led to a desire to photograph the natural world for others to see. Having a family cottage in Ontario’s Muskoka Region for the last 25 years, he has developed a large body of wildlife and landscape images from that area.

Many publications have used his images and photo/text articles including Canadian Gardening, Cottage Life, Ducks Unlimited Canada, Canadian Wildlife Federation, Nature Canada and Ontario Nature.

Being concerned about our environment, he has begun to shoot environmental related images and lifestyle (people in nature) photographs.
